Owning a beautiful villa on the Côte d’Azur shouldn’t mean juggling five different contractors, managing incompatible systems, and missing out on over €960 in public subsidies because nobody told you about them.
We exist because the gap between what luxury villa owners deserve and what the market offers them is enormous — and it’s widening as homes get smarter and cars go electric.
HOW — Our Approach

The Founder’s Story

After a decade in Hong Kong building digital products, I’m returning to France with my family. But I’m not looking for another corporate job. I want to build something real — something tangible, that makes homes smarter and life simpler.
Why electrical work? Because the greatest transformation of the century — electrification — is happening right now. Every villa will need a charging station. Every home will become connected. And today, in the most beautiful region of France, almost nobody does both well.
Why the Côte d’Azur? It’s home. It’s where EDHEC is. It’s where luxury meets technology and an international clientele. And it’s where the median income is 55% above the national average — clients who prioritize quality over price.
The Problem We Solve
